I know how difficult coping with anxiety can be. I specialize in working with youth and adult women who struggle with anxiety and are looking to gain control of spiraling feelings. It wasn't always smooth sailing for me either. Like many, I was raised with beliefs that led to a whirlwind of stressful decisions, leaving me feeling disconnected from my true self.

I used to think that making the right choices meant seeking approval from others. I believed that uncertainty was synonymous with failure and that it was normal to feel overwhelmed by even the smallest decisions.

But I've discovered a different truth.
